We seek franchise owners who know how to manage a business, who enjoy working with people – and who love dogs. Whether you are entering the industry for the first time, a retiree who isn’t ready to settle down, or an entrepreneur looking to add on to your existing home service business, we want to talk to you. We are also very interested in talking to military veterans looking to venture into independent business ownership.

We work very closely with you as you prepare to open your franchise, through your grand opening and onward. Initially, we provide training at our Scoop Soldiers headquarters for two people for an estimated five to 14 days. We will also spend at least two days, within the first 30 days after your launch, with you and your staff training in your local area. We will assist with setting up your business, present you with a copy of our proprietary, confidential operations manual to help run your business properly on a day-to-day basis, and more. 

The total initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $61,410 to $103,910 for a single location. This includes a $30,000 initial franchise fee. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.

No. We do not provide direct financing to franchisees, but we may refer to financing sources on a case by case basis. 

We charge a royalty fee of gross sales. These fees allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of product and supply channels, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades. 

You will be required to spend the greater of $500 or 2% of gross revenues per month on local marketing efforts; you’ll have access to a designated vendor for assistance with social media and PR efforts in your territory. You will also contribute up to 2% of gross revenues to the system marketing/brand development fund. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Scoop Soldiers brand and fund the creative costs to develop local marketing materials and campaigns.

The initial term of your agreement is five years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
